Bonita Beach

Bonita Beach Residences is an exclusive project designed by GVA, a benchmark architecture firm in Latin America, and executed under the direction of TLDI, the project management firm behind Cap Cana's St. Regis. Set in the heart of the Las Iguanas golf course, a short walk from Juanillo Beach, it brings together apartments and villas around the first Crystal Lagoon built inside a golf course: 15,000 m² of turquoise water lined with a private man-made beach. Apartments come in three layouts (one bedroom with service room, two-bedroom master suite, two bedrooms with family room and service room) from 110 to 157 m² including the terrace, with beach, golf or sea views. On site: a 9th-floor rooftop and lounge with 360-degree views, the only one of its kind in Cap Cana, a 360 gym with ocean and golf views, a wellness spa, a beach club and restaurant, a padel court, a kids' area, a BBQ area, golf cart charging stations and underground parking. Rental management is handled by an international operator. Around the project, Cap Cana adds two Jack Nicklaus golf courses, a marina ranked number one worldwide by Billfish Report, Juanillo Village 3 minutes away and Punta Cana International Airport about ten minutes away.
