The Beach

The Beach is a residential enclave within Punta Cana City Place, a gated community centered on a 30,000 m² Crystal Lagoon, billed as the largest in the Caribbean, lined with a private beach and kayaks. The project spans 44 five-storey buildings across three collections (Arena, Mare and Sole), plus the Palmera condo-hotel with infinity pool, shops and restaurants. Condos range from studios to 3 bedrooms (roughly 45 to 208 m²) and are delivered with appliances and air conditioning. On site: adult and children's pools, private gym, spa, rooftop bar, tennis, padel and pickleball courts, restaurants and snack bars, playgrounds and 24/7 security. The Crystal Lagoon and several buildings are already completed. School, hospital, supermarket and shops are a short walk away within City Place, Cabeza de Toro beach is 5 minutes away and Punta Cana International Airport about 10 minutes.
